GENERAL POLICY

At PMIH (Project Make It Happen), we take your privacy extremely seriously. We dedicate ourself to protecting you and your information as safely and securely as possible. Most information collected by PMIH to start in the system is basic information for contact purposes.

  • We require the most basic information (i.e. name and email) in order to request for more information from us. You have the ability, but we recommend not, to use pseudonyms if you would like to remain anonymous. The reason we recommend using your given name is because we like to create relationships with each and every one of our members. However, we understand and respect your choice.
  • Any information submitted as a member may be publicly visible or searchable including name, username, public profile information, comments, blog posts, etc.
  • Any personal information can be updated and reviewed by contacting our support team at support@projectmakeithappen.com. You have the ability to change this information at any time, or (as of May 25th, 2018) disable your account entirely, removing all of your publicly visible content and removing any information shared with us from our system.
  • When using or browsing any of the Project Make It Happen sites including lead pages, training  pages, etc, we receive information from you such as the type of your device and occasionally IP address.
  • We respect your privacy and would never share your information for any benefit.

Our privacy policy covers how we handle personal information that is collected and received, including information related to how you use PMIH products and our services. Personal information about you such as your name, address, email address or phone number that is not otherwise available to the public. However, our policy is limited to what we can control and not to 3rd party sites, or people that we do not control or manage.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

PMIH collects your personal information when you register, purchase or use one of our products or services and when you visit pages managed by us. When joining our team, you are required to provide your name, email address and payment information to complete your purchase. This information is collected so that we can provide you with our services. Once you are registered, this information is available to us.

PMIH also collects basic information from our pages and sites if not signed in such as from lead pages, event pages, general information pages, live chat, support. We also collect information from anywhere you enter and input information to the system. For example, when asking a question or sending an email to our support center, we collect that information so that we can best assist you and the PMIH community.

We occasionally may send our notifications and communicate via email. Email opens and click rates are tracked in order to help us to better our email communication platform and how we can communicate important information and announcements with you. We automatically receive and record information (your IP address, cookie information and page requested) in our server logs from your browser. This information is kept in our server logs in order to provide us with information to improve our services and fix potential technical issues. SHARED INFORMATION

Our training sites are all password protected, your information is not searchable by anyone that is not part of the PMIH community.

We use a variety of third-party services in order to assist with our operations, such as keyword research, demographics, purchase behavior, hosting and domain registrations, email marketing, and to help us understand the use of the services. We may share your personal data with these providers subject to obligations consistent herein. All appropriate confidentiality and security measures will be followed using these third parties and will only use your personal information on our behalf to our instructions. Your payment information is forwarded and kept to payment service providers to process payments and also prevent, detect and investigate fraud or other malicious activities. Also to dispute chargebacks and/or refunds. This last statement applies to all activities associated with the acceptance of credit and debit cards.

Project Make It Happen Inc has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis for evaluating third parties or partnerships for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with law. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our visitors and third-parties and partners.

In the event that PMIH is merged with or acquired by an outside company, your information may be transferred to that entity. We will notify you of these changes before your information is transferred and or if any changes are made to the privacy policy before sharing this information.

CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY

All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our visitors and partners is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. This is to determine who your sponsor will be when you are fully signed up with the PMIH program.
